I have selected the best tools and techniques that I have learned while working across a range of industries including technology, healthcare and government services and applied them to the A Little Planning system. At its core, it is an Agile system where goals are broken down and achieved in bursts of activity called Sprints. I have adapted the techniques for personal productivity and supplemented with additional techniques, activities and checklists to help you.
